RETURN POLICY

At DreamCatcher, we take pride in building premium fishing gear — and we stand behind every product we ship. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


STANDARD RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date — no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • All original tags must be attached
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including the black rod sleeve
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Returns must be authorized by our team before being sent back.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Important: Return labels must be issued by us — please do not ship anything back on your own.
We’ll email you a prepaid return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund (minus the return label cost) will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, contact us at info@dcfishing.shop.


WRONG ITEM OR SHIPPING DAMAGE

If we sent the wrong item, or if your rod arrived damaged during shipping — we take full responsibility. We know it’s frustrating, and we want to make it right and compensate you for the time lost.

You can choose one of the following two options:

Option 1 – Keep It, Get 15% Back If the issue is minor and you’d rather not deal with a return, we’ll issue a $15 refund directly to your original payment method. This is the fastest option and works well if the item is still usable and you're okay keeping it as-is.
Option 2 – Quick Replacement Want a perfect replacement right away? We’ll send you a new item immediately with a $10 discount. You’ll pay the discounted invoice, and we’ll include a prepaid return label for the original item. Once we receive the return in good condition, you’ll get a full refund for the first order.

To start a claim, email us at info@dcfishing.shop within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and which option you’d prefer.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
