RETURN POLICY
At DreamCatcher, we take pride in building premium fishing gear — and we stand behind every product we ship. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
STANDARD RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date — no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- All original tags must be attached
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including the black rod sleeve
- You must provide proof of purchase
Important: Return labels must be issued by us — please do not ship anything back on your own.
We’ll email you a prepaid return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our return portal
- Provide your order number and include clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return label if your return is approved.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund (minus the return label cost) will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, contact us at info@dcfishing.shop.
WRONG ITEM OR SHIPPING DAMAGE
If we sent the wrong item, or if your rod arrived damaged during shipping — we take full responsibility.
You will not be responsible for shipping costs in these cases, and we will cover the shipping fees for the return.
To return a wrong item or damaged product, simply use our return portal within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and we will guide you through the return process.
RETURNS FOR PERSONAL REASONS
For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or dislike), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will not cover the return shipping fees in these cases.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
